Welcome to our Blog, Chile Boys L.L.C. Started in 2010 on a shoestring budget in Southern California, but with good products and even better service and some hard work we have managed to grow a little each year. The dream began to have a product that carried some form of New Mexico Chile. I am from Socorro, N.M. and that community is a pretty popular region for growing New Mexico peppers. We started out producing pepper jams infused with New Mexico Chile and today we have 8 different flavors of chile jams that can be found throughout Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico.

We have created this blog to keep you informed of our products, recipes and our retail locations. We also want to post interesting topics for you from the Land of Enchantment or other New Mexico related events weather they are 1st hand or 2nd hand information that is funny or interesting enough that you should know about it. For starters we are gonna post our most famous recipe given to us by Date Night Chef....
